The Birthday Headache

Come every June and July, my group of friends from primary and secondary school are in for a headache.

There is no less than 7 birthdays within 5 weeks and we practically go broke at the end of it and eat grass. And it also seems that as we grow older, the more we spend for our birthdays (because our lives get shorter by the year?)

For my birthday this year, one headache was thrown at me which is to decide the location for dinner. My birthday falls on a Monday, and traffic is never kind on any weekdays. I need a place which is convenient for all but I know there is an even greater cause: IT HAS TO HAVE GOOD FOOD AND NOT OVERPRICED.

All the good spots have been taken up by earlier birthday (Another disadvantage of having a later birthday during this peak period and not to forget, all wallets and purse are no longer wet (read: dry)).

Perry had his at Skybar, Randy’s video was made in Station 1, Jason’s birthday was at Wong Kok, and then there was Chilis and DELIcious for the two ladies (YES, you are no longer young).

So I really need help on this. Anyone? I am thinking of TGI’s Friday MINUS the whacky birthday celebration by their staff.

BUT…….if you guys wanna get me something, might as well get me things which I could use right?

This brings back memories of my 21st Birthday here.

For this year, here goes:

1) Xtah Crude Clay Sebastian

Styling clay for my hair from Sebastian (only available in salon). Notice the guaranteed quality? =)

2) Yet another hair product L’Oreal Studio Remix

3) If you are planning to get me shirts, get formal shirts with collar. I am suffering from T-Shirt overload.

4) Get me OCHACHA ROCKS drink from Ochacha Raffles City. Only available in Singapore =p

5) A hard disk would be good too since my 120GB is filled up to 121GB already.

6) Anything else you think fits me such as the Sony Alpha 300 dSLR, HP Pavilion TX series tablet notebooks, Nokia N97 LOL.

Most importantly, let me see your face at the party. Gifts are only secondary (But I know you guys are not that mean haha!)
